Bruce Hardnett
Is the founder and CEO at Get Right Fragrance, and he is also a contributor to the #cleanteamglobal lifestyle movement.
As a former Assistant Vice President for a fortune 500 company, he has over 18 years of experience in banking, compliance, and business risk. Bruce possesses a Bachelor’s degree in communications; he graduated Magna Cum Laude from The City College of New York.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending quality time with close friends and family.
Jason Crawford
Is a Managing Partner at Get Right Fragrance and he also is the creative director for the Instagram and hashtag movement #cleanteamglobal, a movement that fosters and encourages healthy, fashionable, and energetic lifestyles.
Jason has a Wall Street investment background and is an award-winning sales expert where he manages and consults businesses in overcoming challenges to become more profitable. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Hampton University in Sports Management.
In his spare time, he practices martial arts and enjoys spending time with family and friends doing outdoor activities.
Anthony Wilson
Is a Managing Partner at Get Right Fragrance LLC and he is also a contributor to the #cleanteamglobal movement that focuses on creating healthy lifestyle choices. Anthony has an extensive background in accounts payables within the real estate industry and is currently an executive manager for a real estate firm in New York City.
Anthony obtained his Associate Degree in Accounting from Monroe College. In his spare time, he is a member of a social cigar club, which participates in fundraisers and charitable events. He also enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family.
Will Wilson Jr.
Director of Sales & Business Partnerships
Will Wilson Jr. has over 15 years of experience in retail management, specializing in B2B and B2C account development. His career is characterized by a results-driven mindset, a passion for building client relationships, and a commitment to creating growth strategies that yield measurable success.
Wilson, the Director of Sales and business Partnerships, will spearhead our wholesale leads and leverage business partnerships for Get Right Fragrance.
Will studied Business Administration at Wilkes University, where he excelled as a collegiate athlete. This experience significantly shaped his leadership style and team-oriented approach.
Outside of work, Will enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is also a dedicated sculptor and mentor, passionate about empowering youth to become positive influences in their communities.
Vanessa Jackson
Brand Sales AmbassadorVanessa will spearhead our Brand Ambassador program, driving brand awareness while promoting and supporting sales initiatives.
With over 20 years of experience in the barber and beauty industry, Vanessa Jackson is a master barber and the proud founder and owner of Kingdom Kutz in Tampa, Florida. Known for her precision and passion, Vanessa views grooming as an art form—and a lifestyle.

As a Brand Sales Ambassador for Get Right Fragrance, Vanessa brings her expertise to every client interaction. She knows that being clean, sharp, and well-scented is essential. With a signature touch that blends timeless style and that classic fougère barbershop scent, she elevates the grooming experience into something unforgettable.
Outside the shop, Vanessa hosts the podcast Barber Therapy, where she connects with the community and shares insights from the chair and beyond. She is also the creator of Bankable Confidence, her custom fashion brand that celebrates bold style and self-assurance.
